30 Days of Dairy
Three daily servings of low-fat or fat-free milk and milk products every day as part of a healthy, balanced diet:
- Deliver important nutrients for a healthy body
- Help promote bone health
- Has been associated with reduced risk of certain diseases
It is recommended that people 9 years and older consume 3 servings of low-fat or fat-free dairy every day. However, on average, people are consuming only about 2 servings of dairy a day. Here are 30 ways to incorporate more dairy into your diet.

Test Your Nutrition IQ Quiz Board
This interactive exhibit is a fun educational tool to use at a school health fair, conference, WIC clinic event and more. This unique tabletop display has been updated to reflect the 2010 Dietary Guidelines and current health information.
The exhibit has eight interchangeable question panels on topics such as Building Healthy Bodies; Calcium IQ; Healthy Mother, Healthy Baby; Power Up; Steps to a Healthier You; Nutrition and Your Blood Pressure; Weighing the Choices; and Fit Kids Fuel Up. An easy-to-use answer board helps your audience learn in a hands-on way. The content is suitable for ages elementary through adult. There is no charge for the exhibit and all that is required to borrow it is completion of a basic contract and submission of a $50 refundable deposit.
